Over 16 years’ experience playing, teaching and refereeing futsal & football in the U.K and U.S. Nicole has worked for MLS New York Red Bulls, LA Galaxy, Reading FC, Arsenal FC Development Centre, Chelsea Women’s Academy, Chelsea FC Foundation, Reading Women’s Academy and England Women’s U17s. Nicole currently works for West Ham United Schoolboys – U23s.

Nicole was the second female in the United States to attain a National Level 3 U.S Youth Futsal Coaching Certificate. Thereafter she was selected to deliver skill training for the U.S Youth Futsal Southwest Regional Futsal I.D camp in Southern California. 18 of these players made the National Pool and represented the United States youth teams in Costa Rica in 2015.
