NFFT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The participant is booking a session(s) of futsal training with Nicole’s Futsal Finesse Training (NFFT). NFFT will provide a [qualified] trainer at each session. Where minors are participating NFTT will ensure that a DBS search is carried out on all staff employed by NFFT.
Payment
Payment deposit can only be made with a written agreement between NFFT and the paying party. Full Payment must be received 7 days before the start of an NFFT session. NFFT is under no obligation to hold a place or offer a service to an individual(s) if full payment is not received on time. Failure to pay may involve the small claims court.
Cancellations before the service start date
Individual(s): No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the session, NFFT will offer a 50% credit note for cancellations made between 8 to 14 days prior to the session. Cancellations made more than 14 days before will receive a 100% credit note. Credit notes will be issued where venue cancellation is not permitted.
Group Events: No refund will be made for cancellations made within 7 days from the session. A 20% credit note will be offered if the session is cancelled between 8 to 14 days prior to the session. A 40% credit note will be offered for any cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the session. A 60% credit note will be offered for cancellations made between 31 to 59 days prior to the session and an 80% credit note will be offered for cancellation made 60 days or more prior to the event.
If a Venue(s) has to be cancelled due to individual(s) and group cancellations outside of the venue cancellation policy a credit note will not be issued.
Payments are non-refundable and any refund can be used against payment of future sessions. Credit notes will have 12 months validity from the date of the cancellation.
If payment has not been made before the session is cancelled the above cancellation fee will be due as owed payment to NFFT.
The following forms of payments are accepted
Cash – NFFT will not accept £50 or £100 notes
Cheque – please make payable to Nicole Farley (NFFT)
BACS – please make payable to Nicole Farley, AC 90090292, SC 60-24-21
Please Note: NFFT maintains the right to cancel or change a course date if considered necessary. A credit note or session rearrangement will be offered.
Activity booking codes are supplied when an individual or organisation have successfully registered their interest in NFFT services.
Individuals who enrol in a fully booked session will be notified and put on a waiting list.
If an organisation / event party increases group size after the agreement, increased fee required. If full capacity succeeded, individual(s) may not be able to participate. Alternatively if the organisation / event party wants to reduce the size of the group after booking NFFT services a cancellation fee will be payable in respect of the individual(s) not attending.
Vouchers
Vouchers and special deals are only valid within the time frame specified. Unused vouchers, codes, credit notes will expire after the date shown.
Competitions
Competition rules apply as specified by NFFT. These competitions can be cancelled or changed at any time. Distribution of NFFT merchandise may be subject to location, availability or transaction fee. Associated third parties will be vetted in line with UK law.
Taster Sessions
Subject to staff availability and location. NFFT remains the right to cancel or change a taster session if considered necessary. Group size requires a minimum 4 participants to a maximum 16. NFFT Promotional rates will be included.
Data Protection Act 2018
The data collected in the form is for principles of the NFFT service and will follow the legal requirement to be kept safe and secure. All information provided must be accurate and NFFT will seek your written consent if data is needed for external sources, unless obligations arise in conjunction with the law or in order to arrange a venue or aid the NHS Test and Trace service.
First Aid Consent
I give my permission for the staff of NFFT to administer basic first aid to the participant. In cases of emergency, I approve NFFT staff to seek appropriate medical help for this individual(s), which includes sending them to hospital. I understand I must notify the NFFT Head Coach, staff, about any medical conditions and medical treatments known to the individual. NFFT may require additional written consent.
Code of Conduct
All participants must respect their surroundings, equipment, teammates and staff. No bullying, racism or violence is accepted. Poor behaviour will be dealt with accordingly and serious breach may result in removal from the session / event and may lead to being banned from any future events/ sessions with no refund of any payments made.
All participants will comply with any regulations of the venue the session takes place at.
Coaches
The participants or parents or guardians will not use any of the trainers or other staff independently from NFFT.
Insurance
All NFFT Sessions are covered by Public Liability Insurance to limit of £5,000,000.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law NFFT accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury or damage to an individual’s property caused by the negligence of the individual, venue provider or sources outside of NFFT jurisdiction.
Equipment
The participating player attending any NFFT session should be in good health and fully equipped for the session (shin pads, sportswear, water, appropriate indoor sports shoes). It is the responsibility of the participant or their parent or guardian to ensure this is adhered to. Should the participant not have the correct equipment they may not be permitted to take part in the session.
Supervision
If the participant is under the age of 7 years old a parent or guardian will remain at the session.
Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
